Description: Escape to the bliss of mandalas in motion with this necklace that is also a functioning kaleidoscope. Our initial focus will be on beading a sturdy cylinder of beads to house the kaleidoscope components, which you will construct. Next we will move on to the joy of embellishing and enhancing. Finally you will learn a very fast beaded rope technique with no step up!
Tools (not provided): Beading thread (8lb Fireline is recommended), Size 11 or 12 beading needles, bead mat, scissors, beading lamp (optional).
Kit includes: Many grams of high quality Japanese seed & cylinder beads, kaleidoscope guts, & sturdy clasp.
